Text Box: The Company started its activity on 01/04/1979 At the end of 1980, the company started the activity of money transfer via three vehicles. In 1982, they became seven vehicles. A new company was founded for this activity in 1988 with a capital of L.E. one million. In 1999, the capital increased to become L.E. nine millions and the vehicles became 50 for money transfer. In mid 1982, the service of camps was added to the activities. The Company became in charge of the service of multinational troops camps in Areesh and Sharm El-Sheikh. In 1986, management and services were added to the other activities. In 1985, the Company started to diversify the sources of its revenues and utilize its surplus in the foundation of and subscription in subsidiary, sister companies- care Co. for enrollment of Egyptian labour abroad and Care Impax for Import and Export. The Company subscribed in 14 companies, 3 of which with the personal names of partners. In 1988, the Company started the contracting activity. This was handled by two separate companies: Care for contracting and Maintenance “S.A.E.” 1991 and Care for Construction Projects “S.A.E.” 1993. The Company was awarded ISO 9002 in April 1999. It became the first company in the field of security, guarding and environmental affairs that is awarded this certificate. The Company had the contract of cleanliness of Alexandria shores for the first time in the summer of 1986. Ever since, the Company has had this contract. It had the contract in the summer of 1999 as well. Care Services is constantly growing thanks to good organization, strong financial position and accurate budget estimates.
